1. A building has 10 floor categories.
 (1) Basement
 (2) Ground
 (3) G+1 to G+3
 (4) G+4
 (5) G+5
 (6) G+6
 (7) G+7
 (8) G+8
 (9) G+9
 (10) G+10 or above
2. There are two types of setbacks:
 (1) From Neighbor
 (2) From Road
3. Every combination of Floor Category and Setback Type has a setback value.
4. The floor categories and Setback Type are related in the following ways:
 (1) Basement and From Neighbor is equal to 0.00
 (2) Basement and From Road is equal to 0.00
 (3) Ground and From Neighbor is equal to 3.00
 (4) Ground and From Road is equal to 0.00
 (5) G+1 to G+3 and From Neighbor is equal to 3.00
 (6) G+1 to G+3 and From Road is equal to 0.00
 (7) G+4 and From Neighbor is equal to 3.75
 (8) G+4 and From Road is equal to 0.00
 (9) G+5 and From Neighbor is equal to 4.50
 (10) G+5 and From Road is equal to 0.00
 (11) G+6 and From Neighbor is equal to 5.25
 (12) G+6 and From Road is equal to 0.00
 (13) G+7 and From Neighbor is equal to 6.00
 (14) G+7 and From Road is equal to 0.00
 (15) G+8 and From Neighbor is equal to 6.75
 (16) G+8 and From Road is equal to 0.00
 (17) G+9 and From Neighbor is equal to 7.50
